Stay away from Translux. They have no respect for their customers.

This is absolutely appalling. I find it absolutely disgusting that I booked a ticket at Via Computicket for Translux from Durban to East London. No one told us anything and instead we were ushered into a City to City bus with no explanation or option for a refund. If I wanted to travel on a City to City bus I would have booked and payed for that. You have absolutely no respect for your clientele. I have never seen such disregard and disrespect.
