Slapped by drunk passenger on city to city bus

booked return my tickets from jhb to Mt Frere and back firstly the bus was said to leave at 19h30 bus left at 21h00. secondly they let a drunk man on the bus, from what i know you not allowed to be drunk in the bus and the driver was aware of this, along the way when we had stopped at a garage i didnt get off and i was seated on the aisle seat i had my elbow on the arm rest and supporting my head with my hand (almost like a thinking position like the thinking man statue position) but with my eyes closed, i was rested back n the seat so i was in no way blocking the aisle on hanging out onto the aisle but next thing i feel is a slap on my face swiping my hand off my face, and the drunk man said he's moving my hand off my face, for what reason i dont know. So i shouted out at him why he did that and he said to remove my hand off my face and i asked him for what but he just walked away so i went to report the matter to the driver that i just got slapped for no reason by this drunk man they shuold of kicked off the bus long ago, but yet again they just gave him a warning and the whole way i felt threatened by this man didnt even get off the bus, he kept saying he'll get me when im alone
