Shocking service

It is a pity that I can not give a negative star!!!!! Shocking service - City to City has no respect for its passengers. Their customer care is non-existent and trying to phone them is a waste of time. My worker is on the bus from Queenstown to Sedgefield and the bus broke done just before PE. They have been waiting for 2 hours and nothing is happening. The bus driver is not talking to the passengers and customer care is not answering their phone. My worker was supposed to get the bus from Sedgefield to Queenstown on the 20th of December and the bus did not arrive - no communication from City to City. I had to buy a bus ticket from another company to get him to Queenstown. City to City should not be allowed to operate because they are absolutely useless. Shame on you for providing such a non-existing and poor service. South Africa deserves better.
