****ty services!!!

Very unhappy with the ****ty services I received from city to city driver 23:59 from Bloemfontein to East London. I was literally getting cold with the aircon when I asked the driver to reduce it a bit he told me there’s nothing he can do I should get a man. He was literally shouting at me. Passengers laughing. I’ve used city to city since 2013 I’m never using the bus again.
