Service, what service?

<p>I purchased 2 tickets on 2 different occasions from the agent Translux have in Jan Kempdorp. I was seposed to leave from Warrenton to Pta and both times the bus left me stranded! I tried to contact them and no one was willing to refund or help in anyway. I have phoned numerous times to try and sort this out. Even the agent are just pulling up their shoulders. Not even one of the numbers supp**** on the tickets worked. I'm furious! They are quick to take your money but won't help. I paid and didn't receive any service for the money. This is *******!</p>
