Service delivery and hygiene

On the 29th I booked a bus from Bloemfontein to Johannesburg that was supposed to leave @ 01:00 arriving @ 6:15 the bus delayed for over an hour no communication or what so ever. They had to squeeze us in a bus from PE around 02:20 and the bus was so filthy and had ****roaches I even took pics. What a worst experience of my life.
