<p>On Sunday 2016-10-02 I was travelling from Oudtshoorn to George to catch a bus to Durban, but there was an accident between Oudtshoorn and George the road was closed I was there at 11:45 we were told we gonna be stuck there untill 4pm I realised I was gonna miss the bus, than I used the numbers on my ticket to try and cancel rather than losing my money called the 086 with no answer the 011 wasn't going through, why the hell out numbers there If they not gonna be of any assistance for an hour I kept trying the stupid numbers untill I realised its late already being stuck in the accident scene that was beyond my control as I was in time already I was frustrated than the worse is giving us numbers that are not working or rather not attended to adding onto our frustrations my ticket and my money went down the drain which is not really a problem, why give us useless numbers for Customer Service?????? </p>
