Schedule a bus at own risk!

On the 9th of August I booked a return bus from Nelspruit to Pretoria. The bus did not arrive and no communications were sent to us. We were left stranded for hours until we decided to contact customer care only to be informed that it is running 6 hours late. We ended up finding an alternative transportation.

If that’s all, I went to Pretoria office to ask to be refunded and upon arrival at 11:20 AM, I was told that they can only refund me after selling tickets. It’s been almost one and half hour that I’m still seated inside the branch to be assisted.
