On the 20th of March I booked a ticket from East London to Kokstad. The bus was supposed to pick me up from the windmill by 10:15 at night on the 21st March 2022. To my surprise the bus never piched up. I stayed there until the morning because I was hoping the bus would come and besides I'm not from East London so I had no where to go. In the morning I was supposed to be at work but I missed work and I had to take a taxi from East London to Kokstad because no one informed me what was going on even when I tried to call the office it was not going through. I tried to call the customer line but no one picked up. So I need my money because I paid for the bus I didn't use. Which means my money went through the drain, I was ****med just like that by city to city. I'm so angry right now. What a day light *******.
