Rude translux bus driver

I bought two tickets, one for myself and the other one for my child, when we entered the translux bus there was no empty seat for us to seat together, I then went to ask the drive, what do we in a case like this, he said if I'm not happy I should find another bus that will accommodate me and my needs bcos they don't give seat numbers, anyone can sit where ever they want. He was so rude to me, I'm never using translux again
