Rude lady

I sent a parcel from Cape Town to Jhb i was advised that the bus will arrive @ 6am but the collector was there before that so that he wont miss the bus even now its after 9am no bus has arrived..I phoned CT just to track it the lady who answered the phone was soo rude with bad attitude

I will never use Translux/City to City again yeeer
