Rude company with disrespectful staff!!!

What utter disrespect!! I've had my fair share of bad experiences with this company but honestly today takes the cup! I booked the bus yesterday and it was supposed to leave today at 7am but 10mins before the scheduled departure time a very rude lady calls me with no caller ID to rudely tell me that the bus is not coming. She continued to lie and claim her colleague called me and I "didn't pick up". I honestly feel like I have been disrespected as a client and this is the last straw.

When I proceed to their offices on 1 strand street they were closed because I want a refund! This blatant disregard of clients is really not going to fly with me as a paying client!
