Rude call centre personnel

The trip from Joburg to Welkom was pretty good. But my problem is with their call centre personnel. They NEVER answer the phone! I forgot one of my bags in their bus and I'm still struggling to get through to them. All the numbers provided are not answered. How pathetic!!! ?
