Rude Bus Driver

I just had the most unpleasant and rude experience in my live. We waited almost 45 minutes for the bus in Kimberley to go to Beaufort Wes tonight, 6th of April, I was unloading my bagage and went to the bus, this did not even take 5 minutes, on my way to the bus, the bus driver closed the luggage department and when I aproach him, the bus driver were so rude an nasty with me, he told me why did I not come sooner, I told him I just had to wait 45 minutes for them to arive and I did not have the terrible attitude like him. This gets worse, my 3 year old daughter was asleep in my sisters car and as I went to go get her, the bus driver was already pulling away, I had to scream to the driver that I am only getting my 3 year old daughter who was asleep, he stopped and as I climb the steps he again started to to pull away and I almost fell with my 3 year old daughter. I wonder is this the service that people get and we pay for it????? Now my life and my little daughters live is in this bus drivers hands and I have to feel save!!!!!!!!! Never ever Translux again!!!!
