Roaches on the bus ( *****roaches )

21HOURS ON THE BUS….The bus was late and when I finally climbed on the bus the bus broke down 2hours later…. I booked the bus from Cape Town to port Elizabeth on the Sunday 10th april . The bus was supposed to drop me off the same day but I came there the next day 03am . Instead of being 11 hours on the bus. 21 HOURS ON THE BUS I tell you. My seat was infested with cöckroaches !! I’m telling you . I saw more than 10 *****roaches where I sat… I dont even know if the whole bus had the issue but I had the issue. And when I wanted to kill it . It ran into the gaps that the bus had . It also ran into the small spaces inside the window . I felt unsafe to eat on the bus. And utterly disgusted!! the toilet was clogged … and disgusting. It was blocked and stool floating in the toilet. The toilet was full of dirty water and the wall close to the handle was dirty. Brown liquids running down…. I think you get the point. The floor was full of urine and it was sticky. I was so disgusted . I didn’t even want to wash my hands I was scared of what else I would experience. 😭I want a refund for I had to spend unnecessary money for food and drinks as well. I only had money for 2 stops but I had to pay food and drinks for 4 stops and I had to fast … because I had no money to buy anymore food because I lost my bank card in Cape Town so I had only little cash on me
