****roaches on bus...And unorganised service from drivers

<p>I was travelling from Cape Town to George. When we stopped at Riviersonderend, myself and other passengers noticed ****roaches all over the place (because the lights in the bus was switched on for us to disembark to coach). They were literally walking on the seats and on the floor. They were even inside those little lights above our heads. I could see them moving around in there.When we reported this to the driver, he simply ignored us.</p> <p>When I emailed customer care, the only response was "Kindle forward a copy of your ticket". Now this is what you call ****ty service because they dont even apologise.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will sure as hell never ever make use of these busses again. Not even TRANSLUX.</p>
