****roaches

A family member of mine is on a City to City bus from King Williams Town to Port Elizabeth and the bus is infested with ****roaches. She's ****ed about 20 of them and they are crawling everywhere on the bus. This is disgusting and frankly this is not the service I paid for. Since the people in the call center do not care when I complain, I thought I would ask for your help. Please help me complain to the relevant people Hellopeter.
