Refusal to Depart without Ticket

<p>I booked Translux for the 17th July 2017 for 00:59 at Pretoria Station from Aliwal North because the service was offline on Computicket.The bus driver refused to let us get on the bus because he claimed that he doesnt allow passengers with a reference number.You should either have a ticket or he wants the money in cash.After I told him that we had already bought the tickets with the money,he still refused.He just told me to **** off and he also refused to disclose his identity to us.He than closed the door with one of my legs inside the bus.The bus registration is ZGX 381 GP</p>
