REFUND PROMISED SINCE DECEMBER STILL NOT PAID

I made 2 bookings during December which I immediately cancelled.<br> Ever since then I've been promised a refund and every time I am told I have to wait for the next payment run...the last one of which was supposed to be the 10th of March 2016.<br> Needless to say, I AM STILL WAITING for my refund.<br> Christine does not respond to my emails.<br> It's a hopeless case trying to phone their call centre as NOBODY EVER ANSWERS.<br> VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!
