Refund problems

I have bought a bus ticket scheduled for 20th December 2018. To depart at 08:50, and it happened that there was a strike and Bosman office advised us to get our refund back at tickets sellers or retailers. After I took a taxi with my lil brother to phalaborwa with money I asked from my friend, retailers received emails that buses are back to normal. Up until now I still haven't received my money and Shoprite cannot help me because of what they were told by city to city or translux office. I don't know it.

Tickets costed R600 for two.
