Refund My Money

Poor service, I need my money back. I waited all night and the bus never showed up nor communicated with us if it was either running late or cancelled.

I booked City to City from Kimberley to Johannesburg, the bus was scheduled to leave Kimberley on Friday, 26 September 2025 at 22:40 to arrive in Joburg on Saturday, 27 September 2025 at 05:15.

I waited for the bus since Friday, 26 September 2025 at 22:00 until Saturday, 27 September 2025 at 08:30, the bus never arrived. I tried calling throughout the night and the phone was left answered. I don't even wanna mention the inconvenience caused. I've been calling till this day, the phone is still left unanswered.

I JUST WANT MY MONEY, nothing else.
