Refund from translux bus service

I booked a bus from butterworth to Pretoria for Sunday 16 September but i got a lift back to pretoria so I asked my brother on Saterday to go to Bosman station to cancel my ticket but he was told that they cannot cancel the ticket, he needs to call the call centre on ********** 282/ ********** 056. I called those number almost the whole day on Saterday and Sunday but the was no answer. I sent mails to ********** and the mails were no delivered. I called the call centre again on monday 17/09/18 and i want told to call ********** 091/0089 and the was no answer. This is very frustrating and i want my money back and i am not getting any assistance from translux bus services as i tried all my best to cancel my tickets on time
