Refund from translux

<p> i was travelling to Paarl from Johannesburg on 16 march 2016 and lost my luggage bag, the bus had stopped for refreshment at Richmond when a stranger out of nowhere opened the compartment and ran away with my bag,the driver called the police and i was asked to open a case i did that and i called customer service where they sent me a claim form i completed the form and noone has responded to my claim everytime i call the*** number the person always says he will get back to and since today he hasn't,i am utterly dissapointed in their service and need my refund ASAP</p>
