refund

I highly donot recommend this bus service.

booked the bus on the 15 november, for,the 16 november at 19:30 from PMB to JHB. The bus didn't arrive. I tried to call the office no answer until voicemail. I waited until 00:00 and I had to book another bus service at 00:00 for R1050, Incurred unplanned expenditure.

When I arrived in JHB, I went to your offices to complain I was told to come back as they are waiting for the drivers. As from the 17th I am requesting my refund since the bus didn't show up. The whole of last week I was going to your offices and being told "we are still waiting for the driver to tell us what happened".

I just need my refund of R910
