Refund/******

Good Day I purchased a ticket from city to city itself... Wanted to go get a refund at the bellville bus stop.. Got told they dont help white people... 1st of all i have no time for ******... Back story on the 6 of April i was supposed to be on the city to city bus from plett to cape town at 10:40 we arrived at the bus stop in plettenberg bay at 10:10 because we have to be there 30min before the time okay all good i waited till 3am Friday morning 7 April i tried calling all the numbers there is not one call was answerd on Friday morning at 7:45 am finally someone picks up... The lady on the call is absolutely ****ing rude beyond the point where i was so upset... At 13pm i got a call from a guy on translux he said there will be a bus to pick me up i ask him what time so i can get on the bus het tells me oh they left 10min ago heading to knysna i ask him how do you think i should get on that bus if it already left.. The response i got was funny as hell he ask me can i get to knysna i said no i cant because im in plettenberg bay.. Oh sorry he said.... Okay fine this is where things start to **** me off... Veen trying to get a refund since friday the 7th April 2023 till 15 April 2023 no luck what so ever only a refund number that my husband took to bellville bus stop for the refund like the customer call center said we should and then got told they dont help white people...
