Refund

I booked a bus on the 25th of March for the 26th from Kokstad to Somerset west at 21:05 it didn't pitch I had to go back to Bizana after 22:00....then again I booked another ticket for today departing at 21:05,I'm still at the garage waiting for the bus it's almost 00:00 now it's not safe and it's freezing,they not answering their calls as usual no communication whatsoever...I'm not only disappointed but disgusted by this service they do not care about their clients...all I want is my refund for both my tickets as I'm going home again today!!!
