Refund

I'd like a refund on a bus ticket purchased on the 10/06/2019. The bus is for tonight(22:40). So at this very moment the bus hasn't departed.

My dad booked from Kimberly to jhb. He is a patient and under doctors he got very sick so i personal fetched him because he couldnt wait till the next day for the bus.

I called the city to city call centre since 21:00 last night but no respond this today at 14:23 i finally camr through and asked for a refund but they refused and never answered my calls ever since because the person i spoke to hanged up on me.

I'd like a refund on the tickets please ..... this is unacceptable
