Refund

I booked a Translux bus for the 06 December 2018 from Pretoria to Cape Town. Bus ticket was R590 for 8 people of which I made a booking online and I paid R4720 for 8 people which was 4 Kids and 4 Adults. To my surprise when I get to Translux offices in Pretoria to collect the Tickets on the 06 December Price reflecting on our ticket was different. For adults it was R590 and for Kids it was R500. Meaning All in all amount I was suppose to pay was R4360 not R4720. I called Translux and I was given this number to lay my complaints ********** 282 and select option two(2) but every time I try to select option two(2) call drop.

All I want is my R360
