<p>I would just like to express my utter disgust in the service provided by City to City buses.</p> <p>My family and i had to arrive for a funeral in Mpumalanga today, we purchased our bus tickets at Eldorado Park Shoprite and as per the cashiers advice, the bus was to arrive at Park Station at 9:00 am. My family and i have been waiting since 7 this morning and to this hour, there is no bus in sight. I'm beyond ****ed because, if the buses were not operating today, they could have at least sent out communication that they were not operating. I honestly think that this is poor service, in fact, the most *********** I have ever came across. I demand a full explanation, a full refund and an apology and I will be exposing this to The Star!</p>
