Reckless driving endangering lives

I am unable to get hold of anyone. I just want to report one of the city to city buses. While driving from pe to j bay I encountered one of your buses along the way. I saw the bus flashing his lights etc. There was a vehicle driving in front of me so I had to slow down. Very dark and a lot of accidents occur on that part of the n2. This bus then overtook me and the vehicle in front of me on a barrier line and around a bend. He placed my life and other fellow road users and his passengers in danger. The road was also very busy. Lucky for this bus driver nothing happened but what about the next time?????? I think he was very reckless in doing that.
