Reckless Driving

My young sister is currently in Bus from Park Station Johannesburg to Cape Town. She has sent a message at 20:46 that the bus driver is driving recklessly taking over trucks, speeding and not listen to passengers please to slow down, they are currently fearing for their lives. The call centre number ********** 282/ ********** 304 are being answered, how are we suppose to report such incidences. such terrible service no customer care at all. how are your drivers trained if they are this recklessly.
