Really Disappointed

Had a very horrible experience today. On our way to Johannesburg, all of a sudden the bus slows down at this point I think it was driving 20km/h, we are not being told anything only for us to get to a a pit stop and we are told that we need to move to another bus that will take a longer route. Worst part is that the people in this bus say they have also changed busses multiple times today.

Translux needs to do better with servicing their busses.
