Professional and caring attitude received

Last week Thursday whilst on a relaxing beautiful trip back home to the Eastern Cape from Cape Town in one of the Translux coaches I forgot some hand luggage on the bus as I disembarked in King Williams Town. Passengers were well cared for by the friendly Unathi (hostess) and the 2 drivers up to PE. Where they changed over and a new team would bring us home. I forgot my hand luggage containing my essential medication above the seat I was seated in when I disembarked in King Williams Town. I frantically called the Customer Service helpline and after no pick up for a number of tries I was able to speak to a number of consultants who were not helpful nor friendly at all. I finally spoke to Simphiwe Thokoane and he immediately set about locating the coach and establishing whether my bag was on it. He then called me back and informed me that my bag was indeed found and would make arrangements to get it back to me. He followed up by calling me the next day and informing me the time a Translux coach passing through KWT would arrive where the driver would hand over my luggage. Throughout the man was professional, well mannered and showed genuine concern for the recovery of my bag.
