Poor services

I booked a bus that was supposed to depart from Jhb to phb at 9:30 but now it's 13:40 still no bus, we've been told the bus is coming since 9:30 till now. No clear communication of when and what's happening. I need a refund for this trip because I can't book the bus for a reason then remain stranded.
