Poor services

<p>I booked the bus in Cape Town on the 8th may 2017. The date for booking time as follow Board: Cape Town at 18:00 28 may 2017 and destination : 10:15- 29th may 2017.my ticket number is 263637. The bus arrive in Cape Town at 18:30 then it went to collect more people in different routes and we as passengers where only advised at 19:15 that the need to go to the depo to change the bus.am not happy with the service I have received from city to city bus. And this is not how they should treat their customers. I would like this to be taken up. I demand them to refund me the cash I have paid for my return ticket. And we only left the bus depo at 20:15 to eastern cape. My time was wasted. They giving people pethetic service.</p>
