Poor service from Translux/City to City

Translux/City to City has no respect or regard for their commuters whatsoever. Their busses delay for up to three hours and they do not even communicate with the commuters about changes in the departure time. This puts us as the commuters at such a huge risk of being victims to ********s. I've had this experience two times with them and both times neither does the company or the drivers care to explain what caused the delay or even alert us of the delay beforehand. When you call the head office they tell you "the bus is on the way" and that's it. Very poor customer service!
