Poor service

Today I waited for the bus from 16:00 it arrived at 18:00 when I was about to leave, the was no communication no nothing ig became worse that they dont even apologies when I get inside they just tell me its traffic what a nonsense of dealing with people this is a very poor service. I would never recommend that bus for anyone
