Poor service ever

My experience right now with city to city is very poor,even now we are stuck between UQumbu and umThatha,the bus driver said ,"they have called the mechanic but it almost 3 hrs sitting and waiting for help that we are not sure when it going to arrive.it is my last time booking for this company.
