POOR service City to City buses

Today i had to take one of City City buses travelling from Mthatha to Cape Town, and I have to say your service has been very POOR. First up the bus was over 40 minutes late, when i tried calling your helpline to find out what was happenning with the bus i couldnt get through to anyone for over 30 minutes. Secondly the bus has changed routes without informing the passengers the routes were going to be changed. During the week I took time and called the helpline to find out which route the bus was going to take since i was travelling with people and was booking for them. I was told the bus was going to go to Ngcobo then Queenstown after leaving Mthatha only to find out very rudely from the driver that the bus was going to travel via PE. Thirdly when i asked the driver who at this point was working away from me (while I am asking questions) what time we were supposed to arrive in Cape Town since we changed routes, he tells me he doesnt know! Lastly the state of the bus when i got on, left me speechless!!Im currently dravelling in a very DIRTY bus! The are pieces of toilet paper(used and unused), candy w****s, banana peels, etc all over the floor and back of seats. Its safe to say I will never ever travel with City to City buses ever again, and I will advise people to not travel with them either!!!
