Poor service by City to City

I am very appalled by the lack of responsibility of City to City for it's service users. My aunt booked a bus 2 weeks ago from Johannesburg to Ngcobo. When she got to the bus station, they were told that The Drivers were on strike and that was it. They were left stranded and there was no communication whatsoever as to what they should do or provide shuttle service to take them back home. To this day, there hasn't been any updates on the matter or refunds at least. This is very unprofessional and careless...
