Poor Service at Translux Bus

I was travelling to the Eastern Cape from Durban. The bus with Reg BW 66 GP and i noticed that the bus underneath the seats was full of broken classes and that made me to pay more attention. I also noticed that the classes were covered with blood. I looked around and i notices that some seats have blood as well. So my take is that the bus was previously involved in an accident and the bus owners didn't even bother to wash the bus inside. I become scared immediately because i was previously involved in an accident so these memories arose. I have managed to take pictures to those classes and the pictures of the seats that had blood and i can send them to you guys to see.

This is a total disrespect to the passengers and its so unfair because after that incident i didn't enjoy my jeonery and that made me to ask myself a lot of questions like What if the bus was involved in an accident and people died? What condition is now the bus? Are we safe? Do they even care about us?
