Poor service and false bus schedule

Hi All

I am extremely disappointed with your services and communication method therefore would like to get a refund for both travel bookings.

1. The address provided ( 1 Joe Slovo rd) in Klerksdorp are both dealerships were the bus does not even stop. 2. The contact details provided on your website goes unanswered, isn't this supposed to be 24/7 line since buses travel all night? 3. I have shared information/photos of the provided address for your perusal.

I found myself driving around and asking numerous fuel stations about City to City busses and even went as far as camping on the N12 hoping the bus will pass by. This also affects my 07h50 transport that will clearly be missed due to the first one not showing up. I will not be using your services again as this has put me in a compromising position.

Your speedy refund will greatly be appreciated. As I paid for service that's not there. Ref No:B6U38D7F
