Poor service and communication

Took my mom to the Germiston Park station. After standing in the queue for more than 30 minutes we were told that the bus going to venda is not coming to Germiston as it is already full. Does that even make sense? Do you guys realize how many people go to venda every single day? Why didn't you communicate earlier? What kind of service are you guys running? It's getting worse by the day. Oh and the cashiers are not helpful. It's as if they are forced to do their job. Your service doesn't deserve a 1 star. Wish there was an option for 0.
