poor service and bad attitude

I got into the Translux bus in Mthatha to Port Shepstone yesterday,04/05/2015 at 15:35 pm,nobody even botherd to greet me instead the driver was ready to leave me there,he had no uniform on so I didn't realise he was an employee until I saw him behind the wheel.when we got to Kokstad at 18:50 I decided to go pee for they had no toilet in the bus,to my surprise when I got back there was no bus at sight,I did not even take 10 minutes but the bus had vanished.nobody informed us about anything,they just announced that we were in Kokstad and said nothing about not going anywhere.then when I called their customer care centre to lay a complaint there was no answer,I used R40 airtime for nothing,I called again today since 9:00 am I kept trying until 16:00 pm but to no avail.those people have no courtesy,they do not know how to smile and know nothing about good customer service,I want my money back.I suffered a so much trauma because it was already dark and cold, I was in a foreign town with no one I had to hitch hike to get to Port Shepstone.what makes it worse is the that they saw going out according to a friend that I sent to go fetch my bags from the garage.I would never recommend them
