Poor service

I bought a ticket for my nephew to travel today (07 Dec) from PMB to Matatiele, departure time was stated as 02:00, it's now 05:30 and still no bus. I have seen 2 City to City busses that just drove past pick-up point without stopping. Your communication is very poor as you should inform your passengers of any delays. The 24 hr number listed on your website is not being answered. Can I please get a refund on the ticket on the purchase.
