Poor service.

Awful experience. Firstly staff not interact with travelers. Secondly the bus broke down with smoke coming out. Every one panics and in the chaos my grandson left his gaming console on his seat. Brand new xmass present gone. Got crammed into another bus. Not a great start to the festive season .
