POOR SERVICE

Poor services ever that I have received un my entire life. I booked a bus from Qumbu to Durban that was suppose to live at 15h30pm and at 17h25pm it just passed by without stopping. I phoned the east london branch to enquire why they did not stop and she told me maybe I was not on the list as yet. I booked my ticket yesterday morning.

Now she furthur made a call to Durban to authorize my departure for the 02h25am bus which I am awaiting to see happening. I fail to understand why their drivers do not stop in all stops within routes to double check if no one is booked to be on the Bus.

This s the second time happening to me in a period of 4 years. I don't know why I had faith again on the Company
