Im Bongeka seeking for help I was travelling from Jhb to Tsolo with City to city when I departure I didn't find my bag I reported to the depo they gave me a form to fill after they sent me email saying they are not responsible for my bag where as there is no bag numbers they giving us that securing your bag so I wish you to help me
