Poor customer service

hello Peter please share my review about trunslux buses, they've got a poor service in terms of customer care. on Tuesday I make a bus booking on the 5 dec 2018 at Checkers Store in Rustenburg to travel on the 6 dec 2018 @17h45 to Pietermaritzburg, the following day on the 5 Dec I went back to Checkers store to modify my bus ticket but the lady at the till told be that they dont have that function, she then advised me to call Trunslux call centre, I have been trying to call but no luck even the sales offices the in South Africa are not not answering and the worst of it is that the clock is ticking without any assistance, I can see my money going down the drain and I have to a make a new booking with other companies....Trunslux will loose customers and already has lost me!!!!
