Please help stranded passengers!!!

City to City buss service Please can someone help the passengers stranded at Knysna…left there without any feedback or help from City to City!!!! Passengers were supposed to leave Mossel Bay @ 16h45 6-2-24 for Potchefstroom/Pretoria they eventually left @ 21h00 and arrived in Knysna @ 23h00. The bus driver then got off the bus and booked himself into an overnight place to go and sleep, while leaving passengers on the bus. At 02h00 he got back on the bus and the buss did not want to start. Passengers were blamed for this as they had the audacity to put lights on… they should have waited for him in the dark bus to finish his nap. Then none of the numbers on the tickets or internet for customer care worked… so no complaints can be made. After finally getting hold of someone, somewhere… we found out that they are aware of the situation but have no answers… it is now nearly 12h00 on 7-2-24 and passengers still have a long way to travel to reach their destinations… BUT the bus is still not working, still stranded in Knysna, no backup bus, backup driver and no answers to passengers…. Except that they might not leave today!!!
